The community of Warkworth came together and fundraised to restore the 100 year old Warkworth Town Hall to utilise as a community hub hosting events from school drama to film festivals.

The work in the contract comprised the construction of a new addition to the existing town hall and exterior and interior alterations of the existing town hall, the formation of the carpark and all associated landscaping and drainage and the retention of the existing bridge club building.

Now complete, the buildings include spaces such as:
• Multi purpose hall and stage area
• Conference rooms
• New toilet amenities
• Office spaces
• Lift access
• Car parking

The architectural design has been based on maximising the level of finish whilst working towards an economical budget.
