This milestone bulk retail development includes 3 levels of retail tenancies, offices and large suspended car park decks. Construction utilised long span precast units to minimise columns within the retail tenancies.

A 2000m2 mezzanine was added to the project during construction but Canam still achieved the original sectional and final handover dates for the project. This was achieved through close and co-operative working relationships with the client and consultants and a proactive approach to problem solving and scheduling that allowed all constraints to be understood and dealt with efficiently by the construction team.

The project was handed over in stages to allow fitout work to be completed while construction of the building proceeds, allowing early opening of the key ground floor M10 tenancy.
