Natuzzi Newmarket

The Natuzzi fit-out required the existing structure to be seismically upgraded before the fit-works could commence.

The structure was completely striped, including windows, and roofing. Large amounts of steel and concrete were used to upgrade the building, situated on one of Auckland’s busiest junctions.

The fit-out works consisted of a standard worldwide layout with rich veneered European timber flooring, fibre columns and coffer angled ceilings that were adapted to suite the constraints of the existing floor plan. A high standard of finish was required and by utilising our in house Q/A system we achieved the desired look, both internally and externally.
