This is a large bulk retail outlet selling a variety of merchandise from timber to home appliances. It consists of 7,104m2 of floor area, 975m2 of canopies, 476m2 of concrete yards and 214 car parking spaces. It incorporates retail space, showroom, trade areas, a garden centre, café, offices and staff amenities.

The structure is founded on continuous reinforced concrete footings with a reinforced concrete floor slab. The structural steel roof is supported on perimeter reinforced concrete panels cantilevering from the ground slab. Canam poured 2,500m3 of purpose designed concrete with perfect results.

Electrically operated ventilators run along the roof ridge. The facility is fully sprinkled with a mechanically exhausted fume system. Rapid closing doors are incorporated in the design to protect the merchandise from the environment. A specialist fabric structure is erected above the garden centre.
