Eden Carpark

Eden Carpark is a four level car park building with a small amount of retail space on the ground floor. The building is constructed in precast and in-situ concrete.

There are two stairwells and one lift providing pedestrian access to the upper levels. The concrete surfaces are generally unfinished except for the top deck and the deck area above the retail space. These slab areas have a trafficable aterproof membrane applied.
