This contract was to build and fitout Cisco’s first New Zealand based office located in Auckland City.
Canam Joinery worked closely with the construction team and architect to great effect to finalise all design details and work within a tight budget. All materials were craned in via a large man cage, through a narrow window in the end of the building.
A movable wall was used to divide training spaces with a selected wood veneer finish and feature flooring was used throughout to create individual zones. State of the art audio and visual electronics were installed into the boardroom including New Zealand’s first telepresence room.
A high degree of co-ordination was required, with the client and Canam working closely with the architect in finalising design details. The project was completed on programme and within budget.
