This challenging fitout involved linking two floors of an existing 4 storey building by installing a new internal stair, and then the subsequent fitout of both floors interiors. One of the key challenges was to work over the top of an existing live medical facility on the first 2 floors.

A large section of the roof was removed and a glass atrium constructed. The new staircase involved cutting out the existing slab and the insertion of new steel beam sections. The finishes throughout comprise of exposed honed blocks, finished timber panels, glass and fabrics.

The end result is a stunning example of an open plan work space linked with meeting rooms and break out areas.
