Canam was again selected by Armstrong Jones to carry out this refurbishment of an existing building on this prime industrial site.

The refurbishment consisted of a complete strip of internal walls and services, completely replacing the external cladding; aluminium windows and doors, modifying the main entranceway and creating new internal open plan office space ready for lease.

Existing mechanical services were maintained and modified to suit the new open plan layout and new layout of toilet facilities etc.
Bridging of an existing sewer pipe was required along with realigning of the existing car parking areas.

Canam was retained by several tenants to carry out minor fitout works as a separate contract.
